Referral Program - Terms of Service
How It Works
- Your friend signs up for the FatCow Plan.
- During signup, your friend must indicate the domain name or username of your FatCow Web Hosting account, by either entering it in the 'Referred by' field in the online signup form or mentioning it to a member of The Moo Crew.
- For each new referred account, we will credit your account $10.
- Your credits will be applied to your next purchase, including domain name credits, upgraded products or setup fees and of course the renewal of your FatCow account.
Eligibility
- This offer only applies to FatCow Plan customers in good standing and those customers whom they refer to the same plan. MiniMoo, Affiliate, ProRewards and Reseller plans as well as any other promotional rewards are excluded from this offer.
- Credits will only be issued if your domain name or user name is entered at the time of signup or communicated to our Customer Support Team at the time of sale.
- Credits will be applied within 10 days after your friend remains a customer in good standing with FatCow for at least 30 days.
- This offer not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.
Program Terms
- Referral credits must be for new FatCow Plan Web hosting accounts.
- Credits will not be applied retroactively.
- Credits will be applied to your next purchase.
- FatCow reserves the right to revoke credits for violations to its Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, for fraud, refunds, cancellations and charge-backs or a substantial change in business circumstances.
- Details of the program are subject to change without notice.
Credit Limits
- No limit applies to the number of individual credits that can be rewarded for individual referrals.
- There is no cash value for credits under any referral offer with FatCow. Credits are non-refundable.
